BE#4: St. Lukes Day 1 (Jan 24)

Salut!!

Since i was around 6-7 years old, there are times that I really find it hard to sleep because something in my knees hurts. It wasn't and still isn't clear to me what really caused me to feel such pain. Yesterday, my mom and I decided to change our doctor and we had my knees checked. We went to St. Lukes Medical Center in Fort Bonifacio.

My sister's high school classmate suggested this doctor to us :)
This is Ate Princess. She is the personal secretary of my doctor. She is very accommodating and very enthusiastic!
After the check-up, the doctor suggested that I under-go a medical x-ray to see if the problem has to do with my bone structure since my previous doctor told me that my ankle isn't aligned well with my knees. The result will be available tomorrow so I have to go back there and have another check-up.

6:15 p.m - The time we felt our stomachs shouting the word "FOOD". We went around the hospital to look for a decent place to eat.

When we finished eating, we hurriedly rode a cab going to my dad's office. He was waiting for us there because we were going to visit our grand parents and because my dad has to show something to them.

This picture was taken while waiting for the cab service. :)

That's all for now!
Merci beaucoup, Au revoir,

BE#3: Eat Like It's The End Of The World (Jan 23)

Salut!!

As you go through my article, I bet you'll be able to understand the reason behind the title. Wait and see what's in store for you today :)

These pictures were taken on the way and while we were in Makan Makan, a Singaporean restaurant that showcases different cuisines such as Filipino, Thai, Malay and even Western, in Ocean Park Manila. I, together with my parents, chose to bring our relatives from USA there because of its eye-catching interior, its ambiance, and most especially for the class and quality of the food they serve there.

After having lunch there, my parents gave our visitors a tour around the Metro while me, my sister and my aunt, went to SM Mall of Asia to meet up with my other cousins. When we're together, we spend most of our time eating and chatting. This time, we decided to try Buffet 101 because of its reviews and the delicious-looking food they serve there. :)

Just in case you're wondering how much their buffet costs. :)
Below, you'll find some of the pictures of what we ate together with some of the pictures of the food they serve there.

After eating like there was no tomorrow, we decided to just relax and listen to music so we went to Abi, a restaurant which you can find in SM Mall of Asia too at the 2nd floor near the sea wall.

Unfortunately, this is the only picture I  took when we were there.
After having a few drinks, we went to Sofitel because my cousin met up with his business partners while my aunt and my sister showed me the casino there. I know, I know. I shouldn't have gone there but I was also curious how it looks like in real life. :)

That's it for now!
Merci beaucoup, Au revoir,
