BE#2: The Living And The Dead (Jan 22)

Salut!!

     Yesterday, January 22, I attended a funeral and a mini reunion which led to that controversial title of mine. Allow me to take you back to that moment. :)

     The dead. Days ago, the husband of my cousin died of Cardiac arrest at the age of 38. Yes, he was still young and it saddens everyone along with the thought that he unexpectedly left his wife and his 10-year-old son.

     As expected, a lot of my relatives from my Maximo family were there too and I got to see and spend time with them. My cousins from Japan also went home to attend the funeral and it was like a mini reunion.

     The living. I think everyone agrees that we should always live our lives to the fullest and that we shouldn't waste time being sad and such. So along with my cousins, we took advantage of the time and opportunity we all had at that very moment. We went out.

     Our first destination: Sitcom. A few minutes away from the funeral was a place called "Sitcom".

 We ate and had a few drinks and just enjoyed the company of each other :)

 At around 2:30 a.m., we went back to the funeral.

Our second destination: Resorts World Manila. At around 3 a.m., we went to RW with our two aunts and watched Underworld at 4:15 a.m! Yes, 24-hour movie theaters!! :>

Our third destination: Mc Donalds, Macapagal. After our movie trip at around 6-7a.m., we went to McDo to have breakfast :)

We ate like monsters!!

 And finally, my souvenir for this epic day. :)

BE#1: A Not So First (Jan 18 & 19)

Salut!!

       To tell you all frankly, this is not really my first blog. Hence, the title. :)

     Tablets. Nowadays, many people use tablets may it be for surfing, gaming or even chatting. A lot of people prefer to use it because it is easy to bring because of its size and weight.

       I myself actually see the need to have one especially now that my college life have been so hectic lately that I literally need to do a lot of things in a short span of time. The internet, word processors, a nice camera all-in-one in a light-weight device? Honestly, who wouldn't want that?

       Two days ago, I really really really persuaded my dad to buy me a tablet and thankfully, I succeeded! My persuading skills never fail me. :) So yesterday, January 18, I finally got one!! It was a Samsung Galaxy  Tab 8.9"! Its technical standards actually surpass the specs of an Ipad 2. And yes, I did a thorough research on this. :) Originally, I wanted the Galaxy Tab 10.1" but after I literally checked every store there is in the mall, I couldn't find one so I got the smaller version of it instead. Even though it was not the one I originally planned to buy, I must admit that it did make me ecstatic. :)

So here is my first picture with my tablet! :)
